St Lukes Medical Center: "I have been here for over 5 hours with excruciating kidney pain not able to keep anything down. I have watched not one, not two, but four ppl go ahead of me. When I asked if I need to go to another er she sais that's up to you. There's no urgency to help patients in pain" - Antonette
