Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center: "I went to ER. It was a mater of hour or so before I saw someone. It took a while to be seen. I was sent to x ray(CT) . I had taken a really hard fall. After th Ct I was taken to a holding area. With a chair and a seat. Curtains. The space was really small there must have been approximately12 small areas in the coral. I was later realeased. Later that night the PA call and requested me to return for an MRI. I had already gone to bed. I went back in a day later. Told the PA what was requested. I had to go to the bathroom there was no button to push no one on the floor in that area. They must have all left for dinner. After several hour the PA and another person were talking outside my curtains . One too the other to just get my paper work and I was going to be realeased. Said I was disposable. The PA came in and said nothing was wrong and I would be released. She left before I could ask to go to the bathroom. A person came in and told me I was being released. She tossed my papers to which were not stapled and left with out me being able to ask for the bathroom. Another person came in and said I could go. She said she would help me up she took the IV out helped up as I was trying to tell her not to to get me a bed pan. When she got me out of the bed(mind you I had my clouthing on. I let loose and pee when every where. She went and got me paper mens PJ bottoms. And only slightly closed the curtain. By that time I was so upset I just pulled off my shoes and pant s as she left.curtain open and struggled to put the paper paints ou which got soaked doing so. I grasped the papers. Followed th exit signs and fell on the way out.
I WILL DIEN BEFORE I GO BACK TO BANNER DELL WEB.
I now travel to California for my medical needs.doctor offices are as bad. Pay up front and if it is an over payment you don’t get it back. So last time the receptionist was asked if she had called my provider. “No” so I said I was told not to pay it then was Tod if I didn’t I wouldn’t see a Dr. so I called my provider stayed in line and handed my phone the girl. She shock her head no. So my insurance asked what code was. I asked the girl in front of every one. My insurance gave me a much lower amount. Thats Az. The doctor I was to see belonged to BANNER DELL WELL.

Banner Del E Webb Medical Center: "We were in the ER for 17 hrs,for starters and no water or food ever offered,we even asked answers were no just in case,b.s. I had the laziest nurse,rude and tude to me and my husband. Staff at night was a total joke. We will never go back to del Webb e.r." - Julie

Banner Del E Webb Medical Center: "We took our 87 tear old neighbor in to see her husband on 5-10-18. We entered through the east entrance around 1:30 pm. The lady at the desk went out of her way to be compassionate and helpful. Don't know if she was an employee or a volunteer. Hope you can identify her and let her know how much we appreciate her. She was magnificient! " - Lloyd
