Banner Boswell Medical Center Stories

Banner Boswell Medical Center: "My son was an inpatient at Banner Boswell hospital and had a surgical procedure. The care was some of the worst I have seen at a hospital. Nurses are poorly trained and don’t seem to care about the patients. They do not review charts to understand what is going on with the patients. Response to patient needs is horrible—and that is putting it mildly. Communication is inadequate between Drs and nurses and other departments. The rooms are dirty and staffing for environmental services is too low and they can not keep up with work load. It is no wonder the United States health care has dropped so drastically —-behind many other countries. Poorly trained Drs and staff is an embarrassment. Banner Boswell is one of the worst I have seen. " - Judy

Banner Boswell Medical Center: "Been here 5 hours and still waiting. Had surgery one week ago and having complications and asked after 4 hours if I could lie down in the bed that is located by the door because I could not sit up any longer and was told no it is for incoming patients …isn’t that what I am? I will never come back here and not sure how much longer I can take this. " - JRC

Banner Boswell Medical Center: "All I'm going to say is my visit was horrible. Of course you are there looking for help. My systems were classic COVID, but I didn't know at that time. After 10hrs,I was given morphine and was released. I asked what is causing my symptoms. No answers.... Horrible experience. Purchased test kit and I tested positive....I guess I should have Googled symptoms..." - Lynn
