Westside Regional Medical Center: "My wife was bought to emergency around 8:00p.m. It took a while for services to take place. It is now 3:00a.m. It is extremely difficult to sit and watch people who came in after my wife receive service and leave. Especially when you’ve already spoken with the doctor and the decision is admit. There should be better communication between staff and patient. Someone should be able to provide those waiting with a status of where they are in the process. It is understandable that things maybe busy, however, if the communication were better it would make a difference. It is very disheartening when the staff you have spoken with can look you in your eye and not say anything to you further. This can be better. There was more than enough staff available from the arrival time until now. It’s almost 4:00 am. This shouldn’t be. Not that this will matter, but thank you for allowing the opportunity to voice the experience." - Meredith

Westside Regional Medical Center: "My daughter has been there twice in the last 3 years and both times they have failed. She was there on Monday and they did not accurately diagnose her. She had to go to emergency this morning who prescribed her antibiotics. Worst Hospital ever!" - Karen
