Hialeah Hospital: "This is the worst hospital in Miami by far. The wait is bogus how about hours to be triaged and than another several hours to be tended to. Staff is rude and if you don’t speak Spanish you’re struggling. They spend most of the shift ridiculing patients and complaining about their work conditions and lack of staff. They need a major administrative review I’ve never been in an ER with so many complaining of service or lack thereof. A few walked out and came in with ambulance only to be tagged by staff and treated poorly. One guy left and was brought by Rescue as he had passed out in the street and onlookers called it in. It’s shameful that this is a business and no care for patient needs! God forbid you become seriously ill in this vicinity. " - Brenda

Hialeah Hospital: "The worst experience I ever had in all the hospitals I been in Miami. This people are out of this world. They are saying bad words in Spanish and talk ti each other about their personal life so loud that everyone can hear. I come in at 22:14 and it was 2:30 am and I still there waiting for a X-Ray. The doctors change shift and they don’t even tell you very unprofessional.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hospital. " - Jackson
