Rush University Medical Center: "Complete lie, service is TERRIBLE. Staff does not care for the patients, attitudes are disgusting, responsive are passive. The overall experience of this hospital is shameful, daughter waiting 2hrs for pain being I had to ask for the Charge Nurse for this to happen. Will not be back and for anyone else so pays for Insurance go where you treated gracefully, it’s disgusting how the treat these patients. FYI still waiting" - Talara

Rush University Medical Center: "I am currently sitting in the emergency room waiting as we speak. I got here at 5:15pm and it's currently 3am so whoever came up with this 3 hour wait time bullshit is straight up lying. I'm going on 10 hours. The last time I was here it was 8 and a half. Don't believe a damn thing from hospital stats." - Andy

The current wait time is about 13-14 hours. My wife and I have been here for 9 hours since yesterday.

Please note this for others because this week they said their wait times have remained at this level.

Rush University Medical Center: "My mom has been in the emergency room since 8 am she’s still hasn’t seen a doctor she’s light headed and dizzy now because she’s been in the waiting room so long she’s 74 yrs old with massive Heath issues ! It’s a shame that she hasn’t been waited on yet especially since rush is her primary hospital! " - Lisa
