Medstar Montgomery Medical Center: "I as a patients family member that recently stayed on the IMC unit am quite appalled by the attitude of Ms Thomas that runs the unit. She belittled some of the traveling nurses on that unit. Making these young ladies work with no opportunity for lunch and high patient loads and talking to them as they were beneath her i found somewhat appalling and highly unprofessional. I could over hear staff literally calling her a bitch. I agree I would never want to work for someone who seems to think that she is far superior than those below her. She seemed to have no problems taking her lunch and scorning others and not leading by example..please!!! You need a better manager shes pathetic I feel for those nurses that work their tales off!!!!!!!!!!!!" - Mellssa
