Maple Grove Hospital: "Honestly, I would give negative stars!! I am a nurse and am appalled by how my brother-in-law and sister were treated overnight when they went to the ER and then again this evening when they called to ask questions. Come on, Maple Grove!! You may be in a nice area in Minnesota but where is your humanity and compassion?!?! Overnight: Ryan (ER tech?) made it seem like my family was burdening him!! He was very short with his answers and not nice at all. This evening: my sister called to ask if chest pain was a possible symptom of his diagnosis. She was told no and to not go there because they were full. She advised my sister to go on Google and look for a level II hospital to take him to. Really?!

I understand being overworked and overtired!! But that does not excuse either of your behaviors!! Remember why you got into healthcare? If you can't, maybe it's your time to find a new profession!!"
