Kaiser Foundation Hospital - Roseville: "Roseville ER is terrible ( staff is nice), but they are overrun. My wife has been here over two hours with severe abdominal pain. No room available to monitor her, so she has to wait in pain for who knows how long. Pretty cruel allowing people to suffer because of poor management. Might be beneath the standard of care; at least for the treatment of pain." - Kirk
