Inova Loudoun Hospital: "I have been waiting 5 hours to receive an IV infusion. When asked about how long the wait was expected to be after patiently waiting for 5 hours I was chastised for asking and told that there were more critical cases ahead of me. I appreciate the critical cases having priority as they should. What I didn’t appreciate was the curt and disrespectful attitude. Perhaps they need to consider adding more triage personnel, registration personnel and consider other areas/methods for providing infusions and care for everyone needing emergency care. It is after all an emergency room and we are all experiencing emergencies or else we would not be here. Update it has now been 6 hrs. Was taken to a room only to still be waiting to receive infusion bc it had been ordered. I have seen no one in over an hour. It’s cold and not a blanket in sight. " - Tink

Inova Loudoun Hospital: "I waited over 2 hours last Sunday and never made it back to ER!! Was stuck in a bed behind the check in area!! In tears because of pain due to a pinched nerve in my back and the PA!!!! NOT even a dr when he saw me he did understand how much pain I was in but I was never given an IV no lab work nothing!! Worst experience ever at Loudoun ER!!! And I'm still having issues but extremely concerned about going back to Loudoun ER!!!!" - Gail
