Crestwood Medical Center: "I was at the hospital for hours with pain and wound infection had to set in waiting room crying when I got put in a room after waiting for hours I was sent home with just 6 pain pills that ain't helping with the pain and infection medicine I should have been put in the hospital that just shows doctor's don't care about patients health " - Patricia

Crestwood Medical Center: "Great group of people. Very helpful and kind for a thankless job. After spending 9 hours there, which is typical because of so many patients in line, the entire staff should receive medals of honor for putting up with some of the rudest patients I have ever seen. They were in pain like i was, but that is not the fault of the staff. They did their jobs well and helped as much as they could, and i am grateful. As far as the racist comments go, there were nice people working there from all races. All the negative comments were coming from the racist patients. I recommend Crestwood as one of the best emergency rooms around. Just realize when you go there in pain, you are not there for a picnic lunch. Grow up people, the staff was very helpful !!

Crestwood Medical Center: "They treated me like shit when I told them I needed to be tested for Covid due to work and being sick myself. My daughter is also sick and they told her she won’t get one because she is not feeling bad today. If we both have it I swear I’ll be even more pissed. " - JaMIlia
