Christiana Care Health Services.: "These stats can not be correct. I gaurentee Christiana Care is fudging their numbers by doing the "assessment" upon arrival, than sending you back to the waiting room for hours. I was sent to the ER by mt primary care physician because she was certain I was having appendicitis. I artived atvthe ER at noon...had my assesment within minutes..
sat in the waiting for for 7 HOURS!...went back for treatment and still didnt get diagnosed with appendicitis until 11pm. That is 11 hours total in the ER. Than I laid in a cot in the hallway until 6am. This is not a review of the staff at all. Everyone I came in contact with was clearly working their asses off, but they stayed kind, caring and patient. This includes Dr.s, Nurses, xray, tansport, maintenance....). The problem lies in the management and administration. There just simply weren't enough people staffed. Christiana Care has created a monoploy in Delaware and have lead us to a health care crisis while the executives line their pockets. For the record, I have very good insurance and am not an opiod user. I cannot imagine how bad it would have been otherwise." - manda

Christiana Care Health Services.: "This ER is the worst, my father fell, injured his shoulder, delirious some slur speech, went back for assessment and xray, waited for 6 hours for results, thus is ridiculous! Don't go to Christiana Care ER! " - Tracy

Christiana Care Health Services.: "I went in for my throat, I waited 81/2hrs Finally got taken back into a room. We had to wait for changing of the shift, Doctor ask what was wrong he looked in my throat, seen nothing. As soon as my husband left ,he says that there is nothing wrong with me, He said what he things is that it is all in my head !!!!! He asked me if I popped pills, He made me feel like a worthless piece of shit!!!!!! When I was feeling bad already, Thanks Dr.Rude , I came there for help just to be treated like this!!!!!! Well come to find out I had trauma to my throat, pluss E.N.T doctor started treating me for acid reflux. So please Dr. Rude next time if you don't no what is wrong with someone please just say it don't be gaslighting someone because u don't no. I hope you have a shifty day!!! TY

Christiana Care Health Services.: "Went in for sons broken foot. It took almost 8 hours. The initial intake wasn’t bad. Got into X-ray after 1 hour but had to wait 5 hours to get X-ray viewed by the doctor oh wait the PA. That’s crazy!!!! Saw a patient grabbing her chest in waiting room thinking she was having heart attack. Nurse said no she’s not. Vitals are fine. I mean can you actually take the poor patient back to check her out. Christiana Care Health Services.: "What a fucking joke. I think every doctor that is employed here can I get a job nowhere else and that’s why they have a job. My mother-in-law has been in the ER for the last six hours and nobody has even come to check on her. Maybe I will fix the problem…Eight years ago I was diagnosed with stage three melanoma Christiana wanted to do one year of interferon, went to penn and they told me I was not even a candidate for that. I’ve been getting two scans year for the last eight years with no problems fuck everybody in the Christiana care corporation" - David
