Beaumont Health System: "Wait time are atrocious. I have been in the waiting room for 5 hours and still have not been back to see a doctor. My doctor sent me here with a note to be evaluated since he thought I needed more care than he could give me. I am in severe pain and have not been able to eat in 5 days, yet here I still sit. While others come and go before I am even able to be seen." - Nichole

Beaumont Health System: "Worst experience and gets worse everytime we are there. Was just told by er desk there is no triage system first come first serve. My sister who is an cancer patient has abdominal surgery 2 1./2 weeks ago presents with severe pain fever nausea and vomiting and was told to go lay on a couch and wait her turn. Patients who were sitting on their phones and had the ability to walk back were taken prior to her. What a joke!!! Zero patient care or compassion at this hospital!!!" - mary

Beaumont Health System: "I never in my life waited 10 hours in a emergency waiting room, like I did in the Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital. I got to find another hospital to go to when needed medical help. And I don’t have to wait almost a full day setting in the emergency room." - Tawana
