St John Macomb-Oakland Hospital-Macomb Center: "I had a bad experience with the dietary dept. on march 25,2017. I try calling my order in from my hospital bed, at 4pm, I was told to call back, then I call back at 4:45pm, when I call back I was call by my first name on the phone. next i was told not to call back until they get my order together upstairs, I then told her I would have my daughter to bring me something to eat, she said fine. How would I know when my order was together and when to call back. My nurse change the orders because I had an upper G.I, not the doctor. I told the nurse what happen she called downstairs, and the Head dietary supervisor came up and spoke to me. The next morning I order my Breadfast, which was eggs, bacon and orange juice, the eggs were cold and hard the bacon was well done and the orange didn't look like orange juice. So at that point I ask my doctor to discharge me. " - sharon
