Advocate Lutheran General Hospital: "I was taken here by an ambulance after severely fracturing my left arm. Many times, patients would have to wait for several hours to be seen. I was however seen immediately because my arm was badly broken. I was in a lot of pain, but the staff and doctors did their absolute best to take care of me. Even though they couldn't do the surgery in the hospital, they really tried their hardest and I'm very thankful" - Skyler

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital: "Had the worst experience in the ED, 5 hour wait time with no update and few other people in waiting room, nurse not caring for my mother yelled at me to close the curtain, refused to give me her name or manager’s name, called manager of ED and have not gotten a call back spoke with patient relations with no plan on how issues would be addressed, have not gotten a call back , script called into wrong pharmacy at discharge from ED" - MC
